 why do you think we write diaries but we dont want to share what we wrote there?

 we write dairies because we want everyone to know that stuff but we dont want to tell them ourselves .... we want them to hear what is unsaid.... it is simple yet complicated...

why do you think we want to go back to our exes.?

it is not because we miss them... it is because we expect them to understand like they once did..... because no one else is doing that even our own family... our parents mostly care about materilistic things they can offer us selflessly .... but boyfriend /girlfriend they are the ones who come into our life because understanding is one of the important part of this relationship they have to do that... to become a partner ... hence they understand us till they want to stay and then we just stand there in an illusion that they will do it for us again.. even after they leave ..... 

why do you think we can help others by talking to them ... but not ourselves? 

 its because we have made ourselves a "kachre ka dibba" anyone can dump their problems and worries here.... we listen to them selflessly because we are so called soft hearted people.... is it really worth..losing your worth ?

why do you think distraction helps?

it is because we keep running from ourselves while doing anything except listening to our depressing thoughts like these..... and sometimes while running we run into someone who is so charming that we start looking at them and forget everything else and then we say distraction helped and we crossed bad phase.... really ?

you just distracted yourself and found someone who is actully there and is actully right in front of you because he is also a so called soft hearted person... an other distraction 

nothing helpes... no words..no books.... no motivational speakers ..... these are just momentarily things.... everything can be soothing when you are happy.... and it all depends on luck in our case because we cant work hard, you work hard when you feel okay inside and in order to feel okay you have to feel comfort the "emotional comfort"

everyone needs to understand that this is the only important thing nowdays.... "the emotional comfort"

if you got it... everything will be just right on its place..... and you can read books...quotes...watch series ...motivational speeches.... everything...
